Service Description

This hour long session will address your energy centres and help to remove blocks in each area. Each session is a gentle hands on treatment that works to bring you into balance while encouraging you to let go of anything that is no longer serving you. You will be lying on your back for the full 60 minutes and pillows/blankets will be provided for your comfort. An intake waiver will be sent to you and will need to be filled out online before our session. Please note: 60 minute sessions as recommended for ongoing clients as a form of maintenance and 90 minutes are recommended for your first session.
